We pride ourselves on providing top quality service. When we finish cleaning your place, our maids call the office before they leave and our office staff then contacts you to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that something was missed or needs to be redone, we will assess the situation and instruct our staff to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. There are no refunds on work that has been performed. All sales are final.
